Hello, my name is Renee’ and I am a clinically licensed social worker with a diverse background in assisting individuals on their journey to recovery and wellness. I have experience working with first responders, addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety and codependency. I have worked in a private practice setting for over 2 years and work with individuals and couples. I am passionate about assisting people through a variety of life challenges by utilizing evidence-based therapies that can give you freedom from self-defeating thoughts and behaviors to enjoy life again!
My therapeutic approach is strength-based and person-centered in order to put the individual at the center of their treatment. I utilize cognitive based and trauma informed therapeutic interventions. I believe that each individual is capable of becoming empowered to heal and transform, and I enjoy being a guide on that journey.
I have lived in Arizona for over 20 years with my husband and 2 children. Outside of the office I enjoy the outdoors, running and exploring the history of Arizona.
