I began social work with young adults in transition, the LGBTQ+ pop, aging and disability individuals and at risk youth /fostercare variety of clinical settings for residential facilities/ community health agencies including inpatient/ outpatient care utilizing emotional regulation /mindfulness practices, trauma focused, and addictions treatment.
Approaches I am influenced by are with the following processes; social justice therapy, attachment/ abandonment, traumas, sports therapy, existential, behavioral theories, brief solution therapy and Jungian enthusiast plus trained in DBT, MI and Expressive Arts Therapy.
