My practice is rooted in the idea that symptoms such as anxiety, disruption, or discontent can guide us in life if we step beyond formulas and certainties, toward a more curious and imaginative mode of being. By artfully seeking to understand emotional suffering, and through deepening relational connection, we can arrive at relief and healing. Uncovering and accommodating what has been previously outside of awareness releases meaning and allows for greater freedom of thought, self-expression, and wholeness.
I’ve studied and trained in Jungian approaches to life since the 1990s and worked with a Jungian depth-focused therapist myself for a cumulative period of over 12 years.
