As a transpersonal, body and gestalt psychotherapist, EMDR Consultant, Comprehensive Energy Psychology practitioner, meditation teacher and hypnotherapist, I offer an embodied and integrated approach to therapy, coaching, consultation, and teaching. With 30+ years of training and experience in the healing and therapeutic arts, I provide compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental encouragement. Together, we will explore your emotions and challenges, clarify your goals, and empower you to make meaningful change.
