Individual and group therapy for emotional extremists: Do intense emotions interfere with your life? My small groups are intimate, cohesive, and focused on growth. Openness, transparency, being fully present, and the willingness to be vulnerable decreases isolation, depression, and emotional pain. Small groups are a way to “ask your community” about current conflicts/ relationships and to obtain skillful means of facing life while keeping your self respect.

Adults with Extreme Emotions
I currently offer three groups, two online and one potentially hybrid/ moving towards meeting in person. Groups are clustered thoughtfully according to demographics and meet both during the day and Tuesday evening times. Pre-screenings are required to help determine if this is the right fit for you.
