Therapy for the "I'm fine" people. I work with high functioning adults and parents. On the outside, it looks like you are managing life well but internally you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in the same patterns. Many of my clients are used to being competent, reliable, or the "strong one who gets things done." Underneath that is chronic stress, overthinking, burnout, decision fatigue, or relationship strain. This doesn't have to be you! You'll go from just surviving to actually living.
I have over 15 years of experience working with parents and high functioning adults. I also have experience working with physicians, attorneys, corporate leaders, and entrepreneurs. I understand the high performance expectations, decision fatigue, and internal pressure that often comes with these roles and the added layer and complexity of parenting.
I'm also perinatal mental health certified and specialize in supporting people through pregnancy, postpartum, identity shifts in parenthood, and emotional complexities that come with birth experiences. We'll tackle the exhaustion, stress, anger, and even scary thoughts that can come with being a parent. I work with both birthing and non-birthing partners.
