I specialize in unresolved grief and trauma. I am knowledgeable in working with Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families. As well as individuals with mentally ill family members. I also have advanced training in Somatic therapy, using the mind and body connection to heal and release emotional distress.
