Generally my approach is to focus on: 1) connecting with yourself, your emotions and physical experience - we do this through mindfulness and meditation, 2) connecting in the therapeutic relationship, and 3) connecting with the other humans in your life in a meaningful, helpful and nurturing way.
I work as part of a team and we offer individual therapy, group therapy, and life coaching. If you are engaged in therapy, life coaching is included in the fee. Our aim is not to "fix" you but to help you find a path through the struggle and find meaning and joy in your life.
