As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am passionate about working with couples and individuals. Toward excellence in serving couples, I have extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and am fully Certified by the International Center of Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (www.ICEEFT.com). Having a heart for couples, I am able to utilize my unique skill set to help couples get out of negative cycles of interaction that leave them feeling distant and alone. My training & experience in EFT gives me full confidence in affair recovery. I am also trained and certified in EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (www.emdria.org), an effective treatment, particularly for trauma as well as other issues and conditions like anxiety, depression and developmental concerns.
