Sometimes life's challenges can overwhelm us and exceed our capacity to work through them on our own. My practice is focused on providing a safe, non-judgmental environment to help those who need support moving past difficult life events and trauma experiences. I use a culturally sensitive lens and practice from a strengths based perspective to support those who have difficulty accessing their emotional self, are innately neurodivergent, or have experienced stressful or painful situations, relational trauma and issues that involve spirituality or faith.
Using creative, experiential, body oriented, and some traditional approaches, we will explore practical tools that promote resilience, emotional regulation and healing so the life you want can be within your reach. We use Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems to address therapeutic concerns.
Therapy is something that can help with a wide range of concerns from personal growth to the healing of painful experiences. The context we live in presents unique challenges around issues of race, ethnicity, gender, and sexuality. We welcome clients who want to heal their whole person and explore the parts of themselves that have been hard to understand.

Groups
The Anatomy of Forgiveness
This online group is focused on embodying and cultivating forgiveness. This group will explore what forgiveness is (and what it isn’t), how to cultivate it and embody it. Distinctions will be made between INTRApersonal practice and INTERpersonal practice. (There’s a huge difference!) The work we do will draw from Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory and Neuroscience. It will be a 10 week group for adults that will hold 90 minute sessions.
