My approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative and compassionate. I work with my clients to help them address the inevitable challenges life brings our way and to help them find the path to recovery, renewal and resilience to empower them to meet the next challenge that they meet on the road of life. I strive to understand each client's very personal story and to support them on their unique journey. I have worked extensively with older adults and adult children who are coping with aging issues in the family.
