Ours will be a dialogue with practices to use in daily life to release the old patterns and inform new ways of relating to yourself, the past, and most importantly, the present.
I work collaboratively with you in a relaxed, conversational style, listening with compassion. Self-Inquiry, Somatic practices, Internal Family Systems, as well as mindfulness, deep listening and reflection, and energy psychology inform my work. In sessions you can expect to connect with the parts of yourself that are not being heard in everyday life.
