Hello there! If you're looking for a dynamic therapist with over 20 years of experience working nationally in a variety of settings, including outpatient hospitals, crisis, schools, and wilderness, who brings humor, compassion, and lived experience to session, then I may be a good fit for you!
Whether supporting people through difficult life transitions, processing family struggles, or offering parenting support, my practice is deeply rooted in a mindfulness-based, client-centered and integrative approach. I know how strong the healing power of the client-therapist relationship can be if it is grounded in mutuality and respect.
As a certified complex trauma and breathwork facilitator trained in nature-based, mindfulness, and somatics, I offer a whole-human, integrative approach to treatment. With a background in wilderness therapy, I offer nature-based sessions/walking if desired. My focuses include trauma, anxiety/depression, ADHD, and women's topics, including perinatal health.
