Hi there! I'm Renee...I'm so happy you've found my page. I've been a social worker for 17 years and truly believe it's what I'm meant to do. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life and circumstance. I'm trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and believe in a client-centered, strengths based approach to therapy.
I fully believe the benefits of therapy can be found for anyone willing to give it a try. Sometimes just someone to listen...without judgement or biases...helps more than you would think.
