Many of us are being called to step up in some way right now and challenges are par for the course. Sharing with a professional therapist can ideally help you step up with an ever growing sense of personal stability and grace. My interest in therapy goes back to witnessing a lot of suffering in the world as a young person. I wanted to cultivate something that would help individuals gain inner strength. Over the past 15 years I've workshoped tools to help with emotional regulation and communication that I beleive in.
