I especially enjoy working with teens, college students, and young adults, but welcome all ages. My clients are learning to set healthy boundaries, regulate overwhelming emotions, develop self-confidence, and better understand why they think, feel, and respond the way they do. My goal is to help you leave therapy not only feeling heard, but feeling equipped.

My approach is down-to-earth, collaborative, and direct. I balance validation with accountability, practical tools, and humor when it fits. I draw from CBT, DBT, Relational-Cultural Therapy, and mindfulness principles. Taking the first step can be intimidating, but reaching out doesn't have to be.
