I work with individuals recovering from difficult pregnancies, childbirth, or postpartum recovery, also infant loss, miscarriage, NICU experiences, and life transitions. We can join together to navigate perinatal and/or postpartum depression or anxiety, fertility issues, miscarriage, surrogacy or adoption, and other diverse reproductive needs.
Through a holistic and therapeutic approach, we will work to build your inner strength, create new self-awareness, cultivate positive self-regard, and explore emerging thoughts and behaviors that are limiting your health and wellbeing.
