Have you been hesitant about starting therapy, but decided to take a chance. I am passionate about removing the negative stigma attached to therapy and support my clients on their journey to growth and healing. I am dedicated in helping clients find ways to process their emotions and learns ways to handle everyday stress. I tend to gravitate towards clients dealing with past trauma. I want you to feel empowered and leave my office feeling refreshed. I want to bring out the best in my clients and encourage them to not be afraid of their feelings.
I specialize in trauma, depression and anxiety. I am passionate about incorporating faith and spirituality into counseling sessions as appropriate. I take a person centered approach, which means your time with me is all about "YOU". My client owns their therapy sessions and I am there to provide support, education and encouragement.
My passion for helping people is what drew me to the counseling profession. I want to make sure you feel comfortable and not judged. I work on building rapport at initial contact. I want to promote an atmosphere of trust and support. I love to see my clients grow and heal, and have a little fun in the process.
