My ideal clients are women in early perimenopause, approaching menopause, or post-menopausal who are struggling with symptoms of the menopause transition. Clients may be having trouble identifying what changes to make in their lifestyle to improve their symptoms, or they may already have several goals in the areas of mental wellness, stress, nutrition, sleep, fitness, or sexual health. Beginning with a deeper discussion of history and lifestyle, I work with my clients to create habit and lifestyle change to feel more energized, informed and in control of what's happening in their body.
I am deeply committed to educating and empowering people of all ages to make informed, confident choices that support a fulfilling and healthy life. I approach my work through the lens of curiosity and compassion, always meeting my clients exactly where they are — with respect, openness, and care.
If you are navigating perimenopause or menopause and want to feel informed, supported, and confident in your body again, I invite you to work with me. Together, we will explore what your body needs, create sustainable practices that fit your life, and help you move through this transition with clarity and strength.
