Focused on you, I take time to get to know my clients and build a relationship with them that conveys trust, respect, and understanding. My goal as your therapist is to walk with you in your journey to become the best version of yourself. If I am your therapist, you can expect to be met with empathy, appreciation, and compassion. With experience working with youth and adults, I tailor my approach to be flexible for your needs. I tell all of my clients that this is your journey, and you're the boss! I'm here to help you.
I specialize in working with a variety of folks: from children to adolescents to adults. I specialize in providing a therapeutic approach that incorporates DBT, CBT, IFS-informed, person-centered treatment, and solution-focused treatment. I have years of experience specifically treating depression, anxiety, and reactions to trauma.
