I am Rene' Larrabee, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with more than 13 years of experience in the mental health field. I have experience working with children and families, as well as individuals of all ages. I specialize in helping people cope with symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. I completed my Master's degree in Art Therapy at Emporia State University in Kansas.
I moved to Colorado in 1999 to pursue a career in mental health. I utilize multiple treatment approaches to help you work toward balance in your life, including CBT, DBT, and existential therapy. These approaches teach skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
