I am a Los Angeles-based psychotherapist and counselor that utilizes strength-based, solution-focused, and mindful therapy to guide you on your journey to self-improvement. Psychotherapy is one of the most important spaces that allow us to have difficult, yet important, conversations to find our purpose in life. Psychotherapy can also help you move through traumas and roadblocks to reach your full potential.
Allow me to support you as you move through these difficult times. I specialize in trauma, anxiety and depression, relationship problems, gender and identity issues, and adjusting to life changes. I also see individuals who simply feel stuck in life and are ready to achieve their higher calling and follow their aspirations.
People of all genders and sexual orientations are welcome. Sessions are available Monday through Friday evenings, and Saturday mornings in the office or via phone/webcam.
