Some of the therapeutic interventions I use include mindfulness-based treatment, cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, solution- focused brief therapy, gestalt therapy, and motivational interviewing. I enjoy helping people discover effective solutions that align with their core values, strengths, and purpose.
