For 26 years, I have been working with people just like you--people who need someone to listen, support and engage. I work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, grief/loss and life transitions. I also have a particular interest in supporting women coping with the challenges associated with postpartum adjustment. My warm and non-judgmental style coupled with techniques taken from Cognitive-Behavioral and Person-centered therapies will help you find healing.
