I have doing therapy for more years than I care to say and have the wisdom of age and experience to go with it! I usually can get new clients in within 1-2 weeks and have late afternoon, evening and weekend appointments available. I see individuals, adults, couples and families. I like to support the clients in how they want to approach the week or period of time between sessions. I may suggest some goals or they may volunteer goals. Goal setting is important but only small steps are necessary to get started on the path to an inspiring life.
A relaxed session, maybe not getting all the history first session, but hearing the reason for setting the appointment and what the client is hoping to gain along with my recommendations at the end of session for the most value the person can gain in sessions with myself.
