When individuals experience trauma or severe life stressors it is not uncommon for it to impact all aspects of their lives. I have a strong desire to help others and assist people with the challenges of daily living. It is my passion to help individuals find strength and courage to share their stories in a safe and non-judgmental space. Since each individual is unique, I have been trained in a range of modalities and approaches to promote behavior changes and optimal mental health. Life is too short to succumb to challenges and stresses in life. I want you to be free of emotional turmoil and find meaning and purpose in life.
I have worked with children and their families in various capacities for about 15 years. I have a unique background in child development such as, social and emotional development, problems solving strategies, peaceful conflict resolution, human growth and development, and parenting.
I find it rewarding to be part of an individual's journey through exploration and self-discovery. I believe each individual has the ability within themselves to make the necessary changes to live more meaningful joy-filled lives, learn new ways of doing things, and overcome whatever is standing in their way.
