I have significant experience working with individuals with a history of abuse and trauma and the symptoms created by those experiences. I also work with spiritual and relational issues. My focus is Jungian Analysis, which looks to find purpose and meaning in life and create a path toward the whole self.
Jungian Analysis is a more in depth form of psychotherapy that uses dreams and other creative processes to touch into what is just underneath the surface of consciousness. Exploring this realm can help bring focus, meaning and purpose to life.
