Because of this, it’s crucial to cultivate balance of our social, physical, spiritual, and emotional self.
Good food and a sense of humor are my favorite things. In my free time, I enjoy playing and coaching volleyball. Movies are awesome all the time. I firmly believe home improvement projects are best when impulsive and creative. My paint-stained hands, arms, and sportswear honor my projects. Most of all, I love spending time with my dogs and family.
