The expression, "Come just as you are“ describes my approach when meeting with clients. Counseling is judgment-free zone, and I will walk with you step by step. We will work together to create a life that moves you in the direction you desire. I work with individuals and groups seeking to heal depression and anxiety symptoms due to various causes. You can change your past to a new and brighter future. I tailor my approach to working with you as an individual. Each person is unique and my counseling approach will be unique to you.
My areas of specialty include working with individuals experiencing depression and anxiety symptoms; current and past domestic violence; sexual abuse; and women's issues. I currently co-facilitate a group for Adult Children of Hoarders. In the near future, groups on building and maintaining friendships will begin. Feel free to contact me about either group.
My experience includes working at an addictions treatment center, a family crisis center/shelter; and a behavioral health hospital. Life can be different and better.
