Life doesn't always fall apart because we're weak. Sometimes it becomes overwhelming because we've been carrying too much for too long. I work with adults who feel stuck, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or caught in repeating patterns in relationships, family, or career. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning people who appear "fine" on the outside but feel confused, overwhelmed, or disconnected inside.
