What would it be like to quiet those anxious thoughts, experience lasting and genuine peace, and make positive change? Together we can increase your self-understanding, build resiliency, find meaning, navigate challenges, and facilitate joy and growth. My approach is genuine, down-to-earth, warm, insightful, playful, and compassionate.

I enjoy working with adults who are ready to create a more loving and authentic relationship with themselves and others. Our sessions will provide time and space to breathe more easily and gain perspective or insight on long-held patterns of thought and behavior. In a safe, affirming space for clients from diverse backgrounds, you don't have to go it alone!

In addition to being trauma-informed, I am also a certified yoga/mindfulness instructor and incorporate body-mind awareness and somatic tools in my sessions. I form strong relationships with clients to help them manage stress and anxiety, navigate relationships and intense emotions more skillfully, and live more fully. I have completed Gottman Level 1 and 2.
