At Ren & Rei Counseling, we are a very relaxed environment. When you come to the office you can greet a dog, snuggle some cats, grab a drink, and have some snacks. You can even kick off your shoes! We are all in socks or slippers anyway. While we are very relaxed, we are still very focused on helping our people. We work with ages 5+ in individual, couples, and family sessions. We have experience with trauma, grief, ADHD, anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, personality disorders, social concerns, identity concerns, and suicidal ideations and self-harming.
We focus on a lot of person-centered based approaches with experience in various different treatments. What that basically means is we want to meet you where you are at and let you help us decide how you would like to move forward. We've got the tools, you get to hep decide how you want to approach things, whether that is the standard CBT, or EMDR etc.
