For Couples: I specialize in helping partners connect to themselves more deeply and to reconnect with each other more authentically. I have many years of study and practice in working with relationships and relational dynamics. Relationships can be deeply challenging and most couples need some help at some point along the way. In addition to my clinical work, I am a core faculty member of the Pacific Gestalt Institute and train and supervise associate therapists. I've trained in and practice a variety of mindful, somatic and experiential therapies such as AEDP, EFT, Hakomi and Focusing.
