Through getting to know you and understanding your perspective, I tailor treatment and interventions to meet your individual concerns and challenges, harnessing your strengths to achieve your goals. I use a combination of therapeutic modalities to help you explore your past, better understand your present thoughts, feelings and behaviors, and develop skills to reach your goals and improve your quality of life.
My training has qualified me to treat clients with a variety of challenges including relationship stress (familial and romantic), anxiety, depression and executive functioning difficulties. In a nonjudgmental and confidential space, I will help you regain a sense of control and develop essential tools to find resolution and maintain balance in your life.
My hope is that you leave each session with a sense of relief from distressing symptoms, and an increased self awareness and confidence in your own abilities to cope with life's various stressors. Change is possible and I am here to help.
