I specialize in men’s issues, self esteem concerns, trauma, and a host more. I am a dual veteran Army and Air Force Behavioral Health provider. I can help you learn how to cope with the primary and secondary effects of trauma in a healthy way while still managing your life. I am also a trained CBT/EMDR therapist specializing in trauma work with adults as well as helping increase communication skills, life transitions, and establishing mutual respect.
My experience includes working with adults who often feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in survival mode, or disconnected from themselves and the people around them.
I've been through my own share of trauma work. I am also a firm believer and advocate of good therapy work to recover.
