Our ideal client is committed to making changes within themselves and doing the homework between weekly video sessions to maximize progress. Our goal is to provide a safe space as we guide and support our clients through some of their most painful experiences; we are mirrors and not fixers. Many of our clients are navigating health issues, relationship struggles, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and burn out.
Josef and Shannon are both certified level 2 Gottman Method therapists for couples work. Josef is trained in EMDR and Rosa is trained in EMDR and perinatal mental health. Nicole R is a grief-informed specialist.
We facilitate virtual (video) client led sessions while creating a safe space for you to discuss any trauma, thoughts, past or current challenges you are facing. Each of our clinicians offer Christian-informed counseling upon request (always only if this is the request of the client.)
