Are you burned out from work stress, family issues, or relationship struggles? How would your life be different if you were given the space to discuss what you've been through every week, learn what you need, and how you can heal? Our ideal client is committed to making changes within themselves and doing the homework between weekly video sessions to maximize progress. Our goal is to provide a safe space as we guide and support our clients through some of their most painful experiences; we are mirrors and not fixers. Many of our clients are navigating health issues, relationship struggles, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and burn out.
For couples work (Josef, Shannon, Christopher, and Nikka) use the Gottman Method. Christopher and Nikka also work with children ages 8+ as adolescent specialists, in addition to their offerings of individual and couple sessions with adults. Josef is trained in EMDR and Rosa is trained in EMDR and perinatal mental health.
We facilitate virtual (video) client led sessions while creating a safe space for you to discuss any trauma, thoughts, past or current challenges you are facing. Each of our clinicians offer Christian-informed counseling upon request (always only if this is the request of the client.)
