I have worked with clients with a diverse range of backgrounds and challenges including: perinatal mental health, anxiety, depression, PTSD, divorce, relationship/couples issues, parenting, adoption, sexual abuse and more.
Some of my trainings include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I have been trained through PSI and have 30 hours of perinatal mental health training. I also have training in the Gottman Method, a research based approach to couples therapy.
