Everyone can use help on their journey toward healing and happiness. Despite how you may feel right now, there is a way to create the lasting change you want in your life. You might be undergoing a life transition or have relationship, work, or other stressors causing you to not feel like yourself. You may have left or are questioning the religion of your childhood, or are dealing with a high-demand work or group setting. You may consider yourself to be a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), who often feels uniquely challenged in life. Or you may want more fulfilling relationships with your friends and loved ones, and even with yourself.
I work collaboratively with clients to provide a gentle, somatic-based healing experience. I assist clients to move past the difficulties in their childhood, family, career, relationships, cultic group, or high-demand religion (specializing in the LDS/Mormon Church). I enjoy working with Highly Sensitive People and view sensitivity as a gift to harness.
