I welcome you to feel supported, uplifted and understood at our agency Release it Counseling! I am therapist who knows how it feels to lack support, confidence and understanding in the most important times in your life. My goal is that I help to support, uplift & understand you, helping you to overcome trauma, stagnation, abuse and more. You don’t have to walk these challenging circumstances alone. From others bad decisions or even our own, we can find ourselves in ruts that can keep us bound to sadness, worry, fear and much more.
