Whether you seek therapy as an individual or couple , I am happy to be of help to you! I specialize in couples therapy, covering issues such as infidelity, communication problems, emotional distance etc. I also work with individuals of various ages on issues such as depression/anxiety, mood disorders, relationship struggles, social anxiety etc. If you work with me, you can be assured that we will dive into underlying (often uncomfortable) issues from the outset, so as to create and sustain change.
When we struggle, our loved ones struggle too and vice versa. Therefore, I am always curious about your relationships and their impact on you. My clients find me a good listener, empathetic, caring as well as open to challenging behavioral patterns which may be redundant.
