Hi! I'm Ashton and I'm glad you found me. I specialize in helping couples and individuals who are finding that their relationships are a big stressor in their life. Many of the clients I see are seeking counseling to improve communication skills and increase enjoyment and connectedness in their relationships. Clients who work with me often need help working through relationship betrayals and hurts that inevitably happen in relationships, but that can leave you feeling stuck. I use therapeutic modalities that help couples and individuals move past relationship patterns that no longer serve them into more stable ways of functioning.
Your relationships have a huge impact on your life satisfaction and happiness. My use of EMDR therapy with individuals helps them gain a positive, helpful view of themself where there were once negative beliefs. In couples therapy, I help partners increase emotional connection and a sense of togetherness where there was disconnect, unenjoyment or hurt.

This 5-week group offers scholarships to couples who would like to attend, but are experiencing financial barriers to seeking care.
