I utilizes evidence-based interventions and approaches to help individuals, couples, and families navigate through challenging life situations to improve their overall well-being.

I am Licensed Professional Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the states of New Mexico (LPCC), Pennsylvania (LPC), Colorado (LPC) and Tennessee (LPC-MHSP temp). Since 2016, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families struggling with mental health issues including trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and more. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders in adults and teens and work with individuals and families to foster feeling from disordered eating.

Although my background is in trauma, I have clinical experience and training in assisting all people in dealing with the variety of life struggles.
