I'm trauma informed. My primary model of therapy is Person Centered. I also use a combination of Collaborative, Somatic, Family Systems, & Life Coaching. Choosing a therapist or coach is a big deal; I value the time & effort it takes. I specialize in non-religious spirituality concerns, suicide loss, LGBTQ+ issues, spiritual abuse & religious trauma.
