I believe therapy provides the space to honor all aspects of you. As a therapist, I take a compassionate, non-judgmental stance as you explore your truth. I take a whole person view in therapy by supporting individuals and couples dealing with life challenges such as: grief/loss, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and chronic pain. I use a well blended variety of empirically founded treatment modalities to help you in your growth and healing.
Most importantly, I take a strengths based approach that allows clients to recognize their own healing potential. In my 22 years of clinical practice I have gained extensive experience in working with individuals and couples ranging in age from 15 through adulthood. It is a joy to do this sacred work.
