I am a master level trained behavior specialist in Applied Behavior Analysis. I am an experienced therapist and hold licenses in Pennsylvania and Ohio. I specialize in behavioral therapy, body-focused repetitive behaviors, non-suicidal self-injury, women’s issues. I am a PCIT (parent child interactive therapy) trained therapist. Psychotherapy and Behavioral services are provided to children, adolescents, and adults with mental health and behavioral issues.

Welcoming new clients, I provide mental health therapy, specializing in working with children and teens, along with their family members, as well as couples, young adults and adults. I offer counseling and psychotherapy to individuals and families. I have worked with a wide range of issues and people in a variety of settings. My therapeutic approach may differ somewhat with each client depending on their personality and what is agreed upon in our initial setting. I lean toward the client centered approach which allows the client to pace the sessions with what they are most comfortable dealing with first. Depending on the needs of the client I often focus on interpersonal interactions, cognitive change and behavioral techniques. The approach is a collaborative decision discussed during the initial session.

Through my experience working with various populations, all going through some of life’s greatest pains, I aim to provide a safe space for my clients. A safe space where they can explore the complexities of their pasts, the melting pot of their emotions, and the truths of their realities. By utilizing mediation and grounding techniques, we uncover what the authentic self means to each individual and journey towards achieving that in daily life.

I have experience in treating individuals that suffer from depression, anxiety, substance abuse and all sorts of other psychological diagnoses. I concentrate on developing a therapeutic relationship and cultivating a safe environment where the clients can share freely. I am a very big fan of emphasizing the strengths and I follow a client-centered approach to counseling. I view therapy as a collaborative process and I am committed to working hard toward achieving therapeutic goals. Transferring what you learn in the therapy session to the outside world step-by-step is also something I strive for.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years experience with all age groups and various diverse populations. I provide mental health and behavioral health services to children and their families. I provide couples counseling and marital counseling as well as co-parenting counseling that are mandated or not by the court. I am trauma certified and have extensive experience in this area and in various evidenced based therapies such as EMDR, ACT, CPT, CBT, DBT, Play Therapy, etc. I utilize various modalities as well as help people cope with their problem areas.
