Experiencing personal difficulties that feel difficult to resolve on our own are a common problem that can be resolved with help of an experienced therapist. Over the past 23 years I have worked with individuals, groups, families, and couples and have treated several mental and emotional health issues. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques along with other interventions I have practiced over the years. I take an eclectic approach to meet each clients individual needs.

Amée entered the field of psychology after raising her own four children. She brings her life experience, a strong background in developmental issues, as well as her specializations in trauma informed care to individual treatment. She focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship in order to create a safe place for client's to heal their emotional wounds, and improve the quality of their life!
