I am a trained sex therapist. I am a unique clinician in Tulsa specializing with couples work majority over the last 11 years. I am passionate with understanding each person who comes in my office & helping each person connect to the love of their life by improving their emotional connection, facing fears, & becoming alive. I also have a special interest in restoring relationships, healing to recover from infidelity & removing emotional wedges to connection.

Many individuals, adults, children and teens included, are affected by stress, trauma, unexpected life events and major life transitions or change. My work is dedicated toward seeing individuals succeed in life and achieve their God-given dreams, purpose and calling, by coming alongside individuals, couples and families to assist them to successfully navigate through life's challenges. As your therapist, it is my role to assist you in achieving your goals. Hello, my name is Christa Brown and I have the privilege of being in a field helping others. I will paraphrase an old Irish proverb to give an example of how I see the counseling relationship. "A tree alone in a storm may not have the best chance to survive or thrive, although, a tree that is amongst the forest in the storm has the best chance of survival and thriving." My hope is that in the counseling relationship my client's learn to draw from their own strength and the support of others to survive and thrive when they encounter storms in their lives.
