Utilizing evidenced-based practices, I work with clients who struggle with trauma histories, relationship issues, anxiety, life transitions, stress management and perfectionism. I also work with women's issues such as PMDD, infertility, and endometriosis. I believe that we are better and healthier when we feel connected to ourselves, others, and the world around us.
