She helps individuals living with grief, all forms of loss, depression, anxiety, PTSD, codependency and adult children of alcoholics. Amy guides couples and individuals with sexuality concerns, communication and relationship-building, as well as spirituality and life adjustments. She encompasses mind-body-energy healing practices to fit the client's worldviews and needs.
