Dr. Teresa Rogers (she/her) is the owner of The Relationship Center. She graduated from the University of Akron with a Doctorate of Philosophy. Dr. Rogers is a licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Clinical Counselor. She works with couples, families and individuals on a variety of presenting concerns. Currently, she supervises pre-license level clinicians in counseling and marriage and family therapy fields. Teresa's treatment process integrates the therapeutic power of nature, EMDR, movement and mindfulness practices to support each client in meeting their mental health goals.

I see clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, spiritual concerns, adjustment struggles, and relationship issues. I have some training in Lay Biblical Counseling by CCEF and am certified in Prepare/Enrich, which can be used for both premarital and married couples.

Life is hard. Whether the struggle is with anxiety, depression, relationship distress, searching for meaning, processing current hurts or past traumas, counseling can be the beginning of a journey toward wellness and personal growth. Every human is designed for relationships. Relationships assist in many aspects and seasons in our development as a person. I help those having difficulty controlling their frustrations. Anger and other intense emotions can impact your judgement and decision making, which can lead to problems with your thoughts, feelings, and how you interact with others. I help individuals with goals that might include: becoming more in control of their emotions, working on managing stress and anger, and dealing with conflict in a healthy way. I teach men how to become emotionally vulnerable, which leads to greater satisfactions in relationships with others and themselves. The greater we know ourselves, the more connected we feel with others.

Emotion focused therapy helps couples & individuals who have become disconnected in their emotions gain insight into their negative cycle. In therapy the couple or individual will have a better understanding of how the cycle plays a role in triggering negative emotional responses. The therapist helps guide the couple or individual into new emotional experiences deepening connection and understanding. This new emotional experience creates a stronger bond and a new felt sense of connection.

Leah Blankenship (pronouns: she/her) is an experienced licensed professional counselor, who works with children, adolescents, adults, and groups. Her specialty interests include: women’s, men’s, and gender issues; career development; addictions; and trauma. She integrates art therapy, positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), gestalt, and multicultural counseling into practice. She utilizes treatment approaches that are evidence-based and uniquely tailored to each client.

Natalie Cross-Ketler (pronouns: she/her) is an experienced licensed professional counselor who works with young adults and women. Her specialty interests include: complex trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder, religious/spiritual abuse, sexual and physical abuse, dissociative disorders, and personality disorders. She utilizes trauma- informed treatment approaches that are evidence-based and uniquely tailored to each client.

Wellness Grove offers the most advanced, professional, and streamlined mental health and wellness services to the community and beyond. We provide individual, couples, and family counseling sessions that can be attended in-person or remotely through telehealth. I having training in Somatic Experiencing and EMDR. Clients I serve struggle with effects of past traumatic events, anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and the complex emotions related to grief.
